Systems Plus College Foundation (SPCF) is one of the prominent colleges in Angeles City. The central district of Angeles has been also the city center for a lot of establishments and some of these are the emerging educational institutions that are highly competitive and advanced. Systems Plus College Foundation is just one of the many schools that has been built at the heart of the town and one great advantage for this establishment is its ideal location that is found along the busy roads of McArthur Highway. The school promised to commit itself for excellence and it has been evidently manifested through the years. The school was formerly called as Systems Plus Inc. (SPI) founded by five adept incorporators established at Santa Isabel building on June 27, 1985. Its main purpose was to conduct certain seminars and discussions primarily for those potential people who were thinking about studying technical terms and processes about programming and information technology.
Systems Plus College Foundation had its prime years from 1985 to 1989, it was when the school started to offer collegiate courses and graduate degree programs that caused a stable growth of enrollees. In 1989, it was able to build two other campuses in Cubao, Quezon City and Miranda, Angeles City. Many years have passed and this school literally went over the hump because of the series of ordeals they have gone through. From the Mt. Pinatubo eruption to the economic downgrade of Angeles City, the school has been deeply affected by these tragic events. After some time, the city eventually recovered along with the gradual increase of the school’s enrollment and in 2004, the names was changed from Systems Plus Computer College to Systems Plus College Foundation. Presently, the school belongs to the market’s top of mind and it is one of the leading colleges in the city. Systems Plus College Foundation was also awarded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) being the Center of Development in Information Technology.
